Shipping Area and Costs

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas territories. Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

A tracking number will be sent via email after shipment. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Aurimi is not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies, weather, holidays, etc.

Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and valid.

If the address cannot be verified, we will contact you by email. If you do not receive a response within 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Lost/Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact customer service immediately and provide your order number.

We will assist with logistics verification and arrange for a replacement or refund.
