1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all your access, browsing, account use, orders, purchases, customer support, and after-sales service on the Aurimi official Shopify website. Our return and refund policy, shipping policy, privacy policy, and warranty policy are fully incorporated into these Terms and are legally binding.

By accessing this website, completing checkout, or contacting customer support, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and have full civil capacity to enter into legally binding agreements. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please immediately stop using our website and services.

Aurimi only sells open-back bone conduction hearing aids for consumers. All products are everyday audio amplification devices and are not prescription medical hearing aids. We do not provide hearing diagnosis, hearing therapy, or any type of clinical medical service.

2. Orders and Account Rules

You can choose to checkout as a guest; registering an account is optional. You must provide your accurate legal name, shipping address, phone number, and email address so that we can communicate with you regarding shipping and after-sales service.

Aurimi reserves the right to correct accidental spelling errors, pricing errors, and product specification errors on the website. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the relevant order and notify you of a full refund via email.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, all cancellation requests are subject to our return and refund policy.

We reserve the right to refuse orders suspected of payment fraud, falsified personal information, stolen payment credentials, or abuse of duplicate returns.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. The final total includes the price of the item, applicable state sales tax, and shipping costs for non-free shipping areas.

We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and other authorized payment methods. All card data is encrypted and processed by a third-party payment service provider. Aurimi never stores complete credit card numbers on our servers.

Orders are only processed after full payment confirmation. Failed payment will result in automatic order cancellation.

4. Shipping Rules

All shipping matters are subject to our separate shipping policy:

Free standard shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will be calculated at checkout.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends. We will send a tracking number via email after shipment; tracking data may take up to 72 hours to update online.

If your shipping address cannot be verified, we will contact you via email to correct the details. If you do not respond within 10 calendar days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Aurimi is not responsible for delivery delays, lost or damaged packages caused by third-party carriers, severe weather, or uncontrollable external factors. We can assist customers with carrier claims processes.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty services follow our official return and refund policy and 1-year limited warranty:

A 30-day trial period begins from the date the package is received. All returns require prior written authorization from customer service. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the buyer's expense.

Consumable accessories such as earplugs and earwax shields are not covered under warranty.

6. Product Use Disclaimer

The Z18 is a consumer-grade sound amplifier, not a medical hearing aid. It amplifies ambient sound, not specifically isolated human voices.

New users may find the sound unusually loud upon first use. It is recommended to wear it gradually for short periods to allow for adaptation. If you have severe hearing loss, chronic tinnitus, ear infections, or ear injuries, please consult a certified hearing specialist before use.

The IPX5 waterproof rating only protects against sweat, splashes, and light rain. This device should not be submerged in water or used for swimming. Damage caused by water ingress is not covered under warranty or refund.

Listening experience will vary depending on wearing position, individual ear structure, and surrounding environment. We do not guarantee that all users will experience the same listening experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, product images, videos, logos, copywriting, and visual design on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Aurimi. Unauthorized reproduction, editing, commercial distribution, or counterfeiting is strictly prohibited. You may not copy our media resources for competitive commercial purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Use this website for fraud, imitation, or any illegal activity that violates U.S. federal or state laws;

Deploy web crawlers, bots, or hacking tools to steal large amounts of website data or interfere with the operation of the website;
